What mean the words "happy" and "healthy" for you ?
"Happy" means, that a person has good relations to/with others, is doing
his/her job correctly, pays all the bills on time (or says in advance, if it is
not so), is good to herself and to others, honest and helpful (whenever
needed), and does only positive things in her life. But here we already
look: Does not take any dangerous drugs, nor drinks alcohol as a habit.
Nothing bad will happen to such a person, and she normally
goes along great.
Now we find a definition for "healthy". Health is, or better somebody is
"healthy", as long one takes full responsibility about himself and his body.
That means, enough sleep, normal good food, exercise time, and taking
all the additional nutrition, the body may ask for. Vitamins, minerals, you
name it. But again: It does not say “drugs” or “alcohol” - from whatever
source they may come.
We all sit in the same boot and can do certain things, which bring us into
troubles..., job, family, friends, credit cards. And there may always come
up situations, where one gets a bit stressed, upset and depressed. And
depending, on what it is, what holds a person down, it can keep being
there for a longer amount of time, if it does not get resolved. So, the
person does not feel as good anymore, even she may not be the cause
herself, for all these "little daily problems".
Now here comes the trick with a vacation. Leave your "horrible" depres-
sing environment for any amount of time, whatever you think is correct,
- to relax, exercise, and enjoy. And then work out, how you will arrange
it all, to do much better. Work out, how to change wrong-going things
or relations into the right direction. But if you don't think, to really
doing it, or you do it only half-way, it will come back to you. Why ?
Just because it is not handled, and so it bytes again !
You can start right now ! Write down all the Plus-Points you can think off,
then do the same with all the Minus Points. Work on the plus points, to
make them stronger. Then write down, what is the actual cause for the
bad points, and how you will get those fully handled. Then, look for a
decent vacation and start into a new considered, changing life-plan.
