Your own continual feelings, depend on several, different factors.
The “disease" with your feelings in general, is not just coming from
"one thing"! If you would only try to handle one or two of your known,
negative points, you may not accomplish the desired result. The rule
for total freedom, from any type of discomfort, is: Everything, what
could possibly be connected to it, or is secretly influencing the person
somehow to the negative, has to get addressed and handled, before
a real change to the better can occur. Here we talk about health,
fitness, feelings, and overall personal stability.
But it is not magic !
All the procedures for handling something non-optimal, are actually
widely known by mostly everybody on this planet. But it is not visible
for others, if kept as "in" (or "not in") by a person.
The non-optimal points are:
1. Eating chunk food, nutrition never balanced correctly. Not done
anything, what we call "planning for your diet" - and never any
fresh salad or some fruit.
2. Not taking vitamins, or whatever comes with it (minerals ...).
3. Drinking lots of coke and coffee. Eating lots of sugar and taking
dangerous drugs (maybe only because of not feeling naturally as
good as expected).
4. Sleep not very stable, not going in the right direction. And stress,
anger and/or job-, family- or money problems keep holding actual,
personal relaxation away.
5. There are problems with interrelations of any type, which create
stress situations, which do not get resolved on a daily basis.
We could make this list much longer, into a fully detailed write-up of
everything, but this is not the real reason for this article. Because we
just want to find a solution, what works and really handles it.
1. Buy food, what is real food. This is not expensive ! If you don't
know, what real food is, ask somebody. Go shopping with a good
cooking "mammy" and find out, what she buys - and why.
2. Take Multi Vitamins, but stick only to the standard ones,
don't go exotic !
3. Stop taking drugs from your doctor, or from your best "friend". It
is useless and helps nothing. Every drug is a real poison. There is
no actual "miracle-pill", made by the pharmacy. Drink less coffee
and take more vitamin B.
4. Find a way to get really comfortable with your environment, in
finding out what you do wrong and learn, what other people don't
like. Then tell to the other people, what they do wrong, and you
don't like. Get good agreements, fulfill any other obligations, which
are dropped out - even just with a short phone call. Let them know,
that you work on a handling. But then, you have to also start on it !
Your sleep will become much better. (advice: No pill from anywhere
will ever handle your own, personal problems).
5. This point here is your final recovery point, where you can start
coming back into a normal life situation.
Now you have to fully extrovert !
To speed up with your overall recovery progress, you have to go for
a vacation - NOW ! It will take you out of your daily "overwhelming"
environment, into another, more relaxing new world. Only 2 weeks
can give you already a big push forward, into the positive side of life.
But you have to do exercises, any type of sports, go to the mountains
or swim through a river. (Only !!! If you really have absolute no money
for your relaxation-activity trip, then do some good stuff at home in a
park, plus do a full workout on the weekends. But this is only up to
you and your actual honest approach, wanting to get better)
If you start keeping point 1. - 4. in, and then do 5., you will have
accomplished a new personal state, where you can continual go
up from, to a better, much easier and much more happy life.
